The chaos that started it all
Kristin built Munchie's Kettle Korn with the same care she brought to a decade of nursing. All-natural, gluten-free, peanut-free, and made with real intention. But behind the kettle, it was operational chaos. Staff confirmed shifts over text, then didn't show. Events came and went with no record of what sold or whether the booth even turned a profit once fees, supplies, and travel were counted.
She wasn't willing to accept that vendors, the backbone of every market, fair, and festival, deserved anything less than a real system.
